6 weeks of practice based, online Reflective Leadership training to build your Reflective Capacity, with access to the course content for 1 year.

6, one-on-one Coaching Sessions (60 min. each week) with your personal Reflective Coach, who will also review and respond to your daily journal entries and reflections.

3, 90-minute live training seminars on compelling and relevant topics that enhance Reflective Capacity, such as the current research on emotional intelligence and how to harness this knowledge to grow your leadership abilities.
