Individual Reflective Coaching

Individual Reflective Coaching is a professional strategy employed to help you as the professional become more self-aware in your work and feel a deeper connection to your genuine self. We explore through reflection: difficult situations, conflict in relational harmony, your participation in dysfunctional work dynamics, and many more areas. The goal is to help you become aware of how you influence your work (recipients, co-workers, environment, and self).

 

Professional Development Trainings.

Topic trainings available for Human Service teams. Trainings can include but are not limited to: professional dangerousness, emotional intelligence, self+care, the art of having difficult conversations, and how to build relationship-based systems in human services.

Group Reflective Coaching

Group Reflective Coaching can be utilized to help a team (of up to 7 participants) learn to reflect together. Reflection is the use of curiosity and the suspension of judgment, when a team can do this together they get stronger and more united!
